My designs are not to be sold / traded / gifted to anyone without a toyhou.se and profiles are not to be deleted off of Toyhouse. This is to maintain credit and ownership. (I would appreciate a key to see my designs as well, but it's not 100% necessary!)

Designs are not to be sold or vouchered for higher than the original price unless value (art) or commissioned art is added.

Designs are for Personal Use upon receiving them, but Commercial Use can be granted through discussion and conditions will vary. Please ask if curious! :>

You can change your designs into anything! However if for Closed species, you need to contact me for permission!

My designs are not for IRL hate speech or "problematic content". Please ask for any clarifications. In very extreme cases of a user with problematic content owns my designs, I will revoke said design. (I highly doubt this will happen, but I will still put his warning up as this is the Only time I would do this! Like if you make a design of mine into a pedophile, that's it! No more fun pixel toy for you!!)

My work is not to be used for NFTs in any way, shape, or form, nor are they do be reposted without my permission. All works must be properly credited.

Payment is through Paypal only (USD) and payment is 50% upfront before I start. My artwork is not for commercial use unless discussed.

I hold the right to decline any commission as I see appropriate as well as cancel if necessary. Refunds will be given in accordance to the amount of work done.

I hold the right to post my commissioned works. This is as posting them helps people see my most recent works and brings in attention. If you do not want me to publicly post commissioned work that there will be a charge in accordance with your commission.

Turnaround time will vary on the commission type. If there is an expected deadline or completion date, I must know beforehand. Some deadlines can result in an expedited fee.

Large corrections, such as major relining of the lineart or changing the overall finished piece will not be accepted unless the piece of over 100USD. (e.g. I draw a pose as asked and then I'm suddenly told to redraw it to a different pose, or after a piece is finished I am asked to change a large detail.)

With Custom Commissions/Trades, I reserve the right to keep all unused or scrapped designs. This extends to designs that were cancelled for whatever reason/I was not compensated for the design.
