If you don't want a design of mine anymore and wish to trade/sale/gift it and/or it is changing ownership, please contact me. This is by no means that you have to give them back to me, but I would like to be in the know, especially with my older designs!

Designs are not to be sold or vouchered for higher than the original price unless value (art) is added, and it cannot be sold if it was gifted. Traded designs must have value added to them before being sold or vouchered. Please ask if clarification is needed!

My designs are not to be sold / traded to anyone without a toyhou.se and the profiles are not to be deleted off of Toyhouse (please speak to me if you genuinely need to do this). This is so the design and art credit can be maintained! (I would appreciate a key to see my designs as well, but it's not 100% necessary!)

If you'd like to turn a design into a fandom OC, please ask! There are some shows/games that would make me uncomfortable in context.

Commercial Use is granted through discussion and will vary. Please ask if curious! :>

Specifically to my female designs, please let me know if you want to swap their gender overall! I'm a but iffy on it being FtM and a toxic ex-friend, so you can do it, just throw me a little respect and hit me up about it!

My designs are not for IRL hate speech or "problematic content". Please ask for any clarifications. In very extreme cases of a user with problematic content owns my designs, I will revoke said design. (I highly doubt this will happen, but I will still put his warning up as this is the Only time I would do this!)

Payment is through Paypal only (USD). I must be paid in full or receive 50% payment before I start.

My artwork is not for commercial use unless spoken on beforehand.

My artwork is never to be used as an NFT.

I hold the right to decline any commission as I see appropriate as well as cancel if necessary. Refunds will be given in accordance to the amount of work done.

I hold the right to post my commissioned works. This is as posting them helps people see my most recent works and brings in attention. If you do not want me to publicly post commissioned work that there will be a charge in accordance with your commission.

Turnaround time will vary on the commission type. If there is an expected deadline or completion date, I must know beforehand. Some deadlines can result in an expidited fee.

Large corrections, such as major relining of the lineart or changing the overall finished piece will not be accepted unless the piece of over 100USD. (e.g. I draw a pose as asked and then I'm suddenly told to redraw it to a different pose, or after a piece is finished I am asked to change a large detail.)

With Custom Commissions/Trades, I reserve the right to keep all unused or scrapped designs. This extends to designs that were cancelled for whatever reason/I was not compensated for the design.
